April 21, 2021:
To get some more miles under me, I headed up Zimmerman Trail, through the roundabout, and west on Highway 3. This took me past Acton and then into Broadview. It's a pretty small town and the tour took about 5 minutes. I headed back the way I had come. About 6 miles out, I noticed a bunch of 4x4 lumber scattered in the other lane. Those must have just fallen of a truck in the past few minutes. I was glad I missed them on the way out there.
I stopped at Comanche, which is nothing more than an old grain tower alongside the railroad tracks.
The rest of the ride was fine. 60 miles.
